My skin is breaking out so bad again on my bum and thighs! I think its from all the stress of Christmas and Also riding in the car for over 6 hours today wearing jeans. :(

I take my injections on the weekends because the day after or so that I do it, I am WIPED OUT. I took my injection on Saturday evening (actually later than planned because we had guests over so i waited till they left). and all day yesterday I was so worn out. My hubby is amazing though and let me rest all day. Then I made potato soup to go with my sicky mood.

Okay so my dermatologist appointment went AMAZING yesterday. the doctor was SO nice and listened to me completely. He switched me to the spring loaded humira (only kind the hospital on base carries). I dont like it. the click thing scared me and I jumped, but im sure ill get used to it as time goes. I prefer the syringe.
He also gave me some Clobetasol Cream and another cream. Dovanex maybe?...

The syringe looks a lot more painful than the pen! Definitely see if your doctor will let you try the pen. It still kinda hurts- don't get me wrong. But you don't have to physically push the medicine in your skin so I guess it's mind over matter.

Sorry no update for a bit. I have been very busy working and took a trip to NC to see my family. CJ surprised me with a tanning bed package yesterday when I got home. I went for 4 mins. yesterday and 5 today. So last night my skin was VERY inflammed on the back of my right thigh. Cj helped me put on some cream.
These are some tricks I’ve learned for myself to make it feel better or make me stop scratching.
-If my feet are ridiculously itchy, I put on cream and then put on socks.
-if my legs are hurting and Im in shorts or undies, I put on pants. Ive noticed that when i dont wear pants my my...
