My skin is breaking out so bad again on my bum and thighs! I think its from all the stress of Christmas and Also riding in the car for over 6 hours today wearing jeans. :(

You are proof that even with this terrible disease, you can still be beautiful. I'm still learning to accept mine.

Beautiful! :) and cool tat! I am starting phototherapy soon. Quite excited! I might do some before and after shots. Not that my psoriasis is severe or even moderate most of the time, it's just that I've been on steroid creams for that longgg (every other day for 7 years!) my current treatment is starting to get a bit poop...

it’s still nice to have before and after! I know some days i think “ugh it still is here” but then i look at my before pics and realize the huge progress!!!

I take my injections on the weekends because the day after or so that I do it, I am WIPED OUT. I took my injection on Saturday evening (actually later than planned because we had guests over so i waited till they left). and all day yesterday I was so worn out. My hubby is amazing though and let me rest all day. Then I made potato soup to go with my sicky mood.

Your Legs are looking great!!! the dots are almost white now!!! woohooo!!! ive been using my creams alot more and its gettin clearer! im so glad for ya!!

Skin is looking SO much better. I need to take some pictures but I have been so busy. I need to get a cord for my camera. I feel like photobooth and my camera phone just doesn’t show it best.

I talked with a new friend tonight about psoriasis. I met her a few weeks ago but I was only with her a short while. tonight at a friend’s BBQ I off handed said something about psoriasis and we started talking about it. It was nice to have someone to talk to, in person, who wasn’t judgmental and knew what I was going through. I encourage anyone reading to seek those kinds of friends out. its therapuetic to be able to vent to a real person.

but if you don’t have someone face to face, then know I am always here!! <3

Now I am super, silly sleepy and need to get some rest. My oldest son is on fall break all week and he is wearing me out! hehe.

I have Psoriasis all over my stomach and a few spots of it on my forehead, Every cream i'ved used doesn't work, so i may be going for IV light theory soon, I'm insired by you, and i don't feel alone anymore. x
