My legs are looking so good!

Skin is looking SO much better. I need to take some pictures but I have been so busy. I need to get a cord for my camera. I feel like photobooth and my camera phone just doesn’t show it best.

I talked with a new friend tonight about psoriasis. I met her a few weeks ago but I was only with her a short while. tonight at a friend’s BBQ I off handed said something about psoriasis and we started talking about it. It was nice to have someone to talk to, in person, who wasn’t judgmental and knew what I was going through. I encourage anyone reading to seek those kinds of friends out. its therapuetic to be able to vent to a real person.

but if you don’t have someone face to face, then know I am always here!! <3 

Now I am super, silly sleepy and need to get some rest. My oldest son is on fall break all week and he is wearing me out! hehe. 

Okay so my dermatologist appointment went AMAZING yesterday. the doctor was SO nice and listened to me completely. He switched me to the spring loaded humira (only kind the hospital on base carries). I dont like it. the click thing scared me and I jumped, but im sure ill get used to it as time goes. I prefer the syringe. 

He also gave me some Clobetasol Cream and another cream. Dovanex maybe? Supposed to be the best and he wants me to use the Clobetasol at night then put plastic wrap over it. So im giving it a try!!

Wearing Capri Leggings! (under my high waisted shorts). My thighs are still very noticeably spotty but my legs are looking a million times better! 

Here is my sad little sunburn. you can see my spots a little bit through the lobster red. I have to say though, only my tummy and right thigh got burnt (and also right above my pubic area where i am probably palest). Everywhere else my spots have not itched or bothered me. So we’ll see!

Sorry no update for a bit. I have been very busy working and took a trip to NC to see my family. CJ surprised me with a tanning bed package yesterday when I got home. I went for 4 mins. yesterday and 5 today. Yesterday I was only pink RIGHT around a few spots on my thigh, tonight I am very pink :( I am not trying to get tan (Actually prefer not to), but Just want some sort of relief. I will say I already see an improvement. I hope it really will help.
